I was on my laptop when the power supply quit working. With barely any battery power (I think 6%), I was able to get on line and order a new power supply cord which arrived in just a couple of days. I have priced these in electronics stores and they are over $80.00. Mine was much cheaper than that. I appreciate the customer service and speed in which I got the new power cord and supply!

this worked perfectly as a replacement for the original cord which no longer stayed together. for the price you certainly can't beat it. That laptop crashed recently, and I only used the new cord under 6 months, so I can't speak of longevity of the cord, but it worked fine for the time I used it.

when my laptops cable apparently bent and shorted i thought "GREAT there goes lotsa cash" but this supply was economical and works awesome i am working with the laptop right now! thanks for a quality product that actually works!
